The RFL have ruled that he's classed as federation trained so doesn't affect the overseas quota

Remember the RFL a few years ago saying they where clamping down on the quota and reducing it year on year, how is that going? |

I thought all of Crusader's overseas players were granted dispensation at their new clubs. |

They argued to get the overturned (can't blame them but embarrassing for RL nonetheless). TBH whose surprised that once these players come off their exemptions suddenly they are federation trained? Absolutely comical. |
