| With their lack of investment, I think it's only a matter of time until Saford are relegated. Following which their demise will continue and the club will be a bottom half Championship club, if it exists at all. I predict the 2017 million pound game will be a 2016 re-match.

But in the meantime, I think selling nearly 5000 two weeks before Xmas (and that's probably more than half of the superleague sides could muster) a positive wouldn't you say?!

Did you get rid of all the voices in your head? Do you now miss them and the things that they said?: |

Give him time, he'll find a negative in there somewhere.

Most definitely a positive , good to see the East Hull faithful sticking by their club , just from a structure point of view , are you looking forward to the season , and the potential climax of the middle 8s ?

I think the challenge is to ensure we aren't still in (or back in!) the championship in 3 years time.

Absolutely looking forward to next season gubrats. But as R.B.A has already said, hopefully just this season in this division.
Leigh have shown what it takes to get out of this league, so their model of last year is going to be ours, so it seems.
Looking at our season ticket sales and increased sponsorship it seems will be close to the cap next year, and with a fair bit of cap and overseas spots available for the Middle 8's (hopefully), Tim could eventually add some very good players to add to a fairly decent squad to make a strong push for promotion.
It's intriguing next year, many voices were heard from Leigh fans regarding the possibility then reality of promotion this year, but already it seems that we are not as much of a threat next year already from some fans. My take on it is that our obscurity to shout about our possibilities of getting back to superleague will suit us down to the ground. If there is one year to avoid the middle 8's, then it's next year.
But in the meantime, I can't wait for the beginning of the season.

| It is a bit of a cheek complaining about Leeds trying to spread their fan base when the Bulls in their heyday did the same .

But surely being in the middle eight is the pathway back to Superleague. I don't understand your reasoning.

It took Leigh 3 years of hard work and a year of complete failure in the 8's to gain promotion, the previous 2 clubs who dropped from SL in 2014 have both struggled to get close to promotion again (Bradford in the MPG being the closest). Hull KR will have a tough enough job even making it into the top 4 in the championship, let alone worrying the 4 SL clubs who they will come up against. The championship isn't going to be the walk in the park you think it will be, Leigh knew how to play it because they had been there, you haven't

They will 10000000% be in the top four.

Just like Bradford would be in the top 4 of the championship in 2016, and Leeds and Hudds would be in the top 8 of SL in 2016?
Nothing is a given in this sport, to assume a club is anywhere near safe before a ball is thrown is naïve at best. The championship has some tough clubs in it and HKR aren't going to find it as easy as many suspect.

I'm sure this thread is about season ticket sales, still if it makes you feel better to stick the boot into us at every opportunity then feel free.
