I'm sure I recall Sinfield picking up MOM awards in the last series against NZ. I'm not sure how that constitutes "undenieably" going missing on the international stage.

I have nothing against Sinfield, but jes I was starting to get peeved that any Rhino's players where picked midway through the first half as about 20 Rhinos supporters decided to just cheer for the rhinos and sing Rhinos songs.

Thankfully halftime must have left their heads a little worse for wear.

Nothing wrong with Sinfield today. But I do question the point of a halfback on the bench. It's a waste of space. I'm a Saints fan and can see there is more sense having MM or Burrows on the bench to shift with Robes. Against the top sides switching Sinfield to dummy half will kill us.

When Sinfield went off and Widdop called the strings from the halves our game speeded up immensly.

We had the same near us. They're a strange bunch 'some' of the Leeds fans.

As for the Sinfield debate, I think he's got it in him to control a game from 6 for England 'if' he has the right partner alongside him and that man isn't Chase.

The ideal partner for Sinfield is Tomkins imo, a player with a supreme running game who will put doubt in the opposition mind and be allowed a free reign by Sinfield's organisational skills. We can then put another excellent attacking weapon in Hardaker at fullback and really take the game to anyone. I also wouldn't mind Widdop alongside him as he can mix his game up but Chase just isn't up to standard.

But Mcbanana doesn't want his 6 to have a free reign, that's the thing. He wants absolute structure with no off the cuff play, bringing in Tomkins to 6 doesn't really change much with this rigid structure does it..
