If all that matters to you is "bragging rights" then crack on, I dont give a toss about them, I am more concerned with trophies and actual achievements.

I never thought there was any sych thing as easy points, most sane FC fans never did.

Everything is comparative, Hull KR is a small pond compared to the pressure of being a St Helens player, they are the best, and have been for some time afterall.

I'm not coming at it from the FC/KR point of view, I was simply making an observation that no player would opt to move to a higher pressure environment on the same/less money than they were getting where expectations were lower.

It would be the same for a player from anywhere other than Leeds and Saints.

This seems to have gone way off topic, as far as i can see the Saints fans are happy to put their youth into the 7 shirt and we wanted Dobbo to sign up to HKR's 7 for longer, everyones happy.........

Thats the attitude I have towards Hull, I don't care less what they do, I am only interested in what we do. The only interest I have is when we play you and then I want to beat you, not because you are FC, but because we are KR

Its fair to say Dobson will be earning a good wage, he's pretty much the linchpin of our side, but I don't think money is the only reason why he's here. We stuck our neck out to bring him here by making some tough decisions before hand, so maybe, just maybe there's a loyalty issue there too. Especially considering he's playing very well in a settled side that is also performing well.

As for comparing us to saints, I'm afraid there's no comparison. Until we're challenging regularly for honours and can boast similar success with youth development, we cannot consider ourselves at the same level, but that doesn't mean that every player at any given time wants to join them.

It's not a lack of ambition on Dobbo's part, I just think he feels he can challenge for honours at Hull KR over the next three years.
