| Saints played the right tactics of getting the big heavy catalan players running until they ran out of steam up to the 60 min mark. Last 20 mins there was only one team in it. We thought James Child was garbage, ignoring all the off the ball stuff.

I was going to say the same thing. Almost like for like. The best thing was "coach of the year Kieran Cunningham" - Radford, Powell, Chester would be in before him.

| I really hope so.
Please let it not be either St's or Wigan in the G.F.
With Leeds out of the picture, I really could do with a year off from the usual suspects.

I wouldn't bet against it.
I assume the opening post is a bit tongue in cheek but Saints do seem to be on a roll and the "Cunningham Out" brigade have got egg on their faces.
A lot will depend on how Warrington and Hull handle the effects of Wembley but there's five more rounds to go yet so plenty of time for the wheels to come off.
Credit Castleford as well for making the Super Eight interesting, Wakefield and Widnes seem to have called it a day.

Have you been reading the St Helens forum? Is comedy at its finest. worlds most fickle fans! At least proper fans like Wigan fans stick with their team through the low periods

| Have they stopped, booing, whingeing and screaming and calling the ref names, even though most of the decisions went their way, and they were lucky to still play with 13.
Strange bunch.

| Quote Lebron James="Lebron James"After dispatching of Warrington with relative ease at their wolfs lair, St Helens back it up with a comprehensive victory against super league favourites Les Catalans who boasted a young winger in their side who is surely going to be a future man of steel. Adam Swift did well under the conditions. Boosted by the coach of the year Keiron Cunningham it's hard to see past them and although Wigan fans will claim they are the team to beat, I'm afraid it's St Helens who claim right to the title. I just feel sorry for the 99% of the entertainers forum who declared 2 months ago they were never watching St Helens again as they will have missed some really good rugby football

If you are the King, I'm joining the Republican movement.
There is no doubting that Saints have found some form but, Wigan have been clinging on in the top echelons of SL for most of the season and Catalan are no barometer of a top team.
The fight for the top 2 spots will be Wire and FC.
