Whiting has been around since the days of Shaun McRae. John Kear actually gave him the squad number 6 in 2006. He's spelled hooker a few times. Can't recall him playing 7 though. I genuinely think his best position is loose though. |

He was originally signed as a stand off I think, and I'm pretty sure he won a Young Player of the year award playing there too.
Over the last few years there were a number of calls for him to go back and play in the halves from Hull fans too. |

Dane Carlaw (prop) played everywhere too, even on the winger and at centre. But when you have Walters as coach, even the cheerleaders can play in the forwards
