Players get dragged down by the collar pretty regularly. What about it is actually against the rules? Don't usually see it penalised.

Absolutely nothing wrong with that at all fair tackle, it's not against the law, what sort of soft game do we want.

Does anybody ever get done for tripping anymore, see it quite often nowadays and nobody ever gets done for it, but apparently now it's an offence again. Maybe is sympathy from RFL banning him, might play better with out him.

Are you suggesting that players should tackle former teammates more softly? Maybe he should have just asked nicely rather than putting his hands on him at all? He threw him to the ground legitimately, he did his job. Your problem with it is bewildering.

while it may be a legal tackle it is a disgusting one where the player has no other choice but to be ragged about like a doll by the collar, had that be Burrow the Leeds mugs would of been up in arms about

Edited to say that he did have a choice, he could have not been caught or been stronger. That's the essence of the whole sport.
