I like James. One of the few bands of that era I regret missing seeing live. Certainly prefer them to Def Leppard, who I did see twice, and would be even further past their use by date than James by now.

Comes down to musical taste for some people. Others might feel underwhelmed. Personally for me, James isn't the best band and wouldn't come into my top ten, but certainly the RFL could've done a hell of a lot worse, Def Leppard for example. |

Surely the time to complain about the entertainment is when there is none...
I've got fond memories of Diana Ross in that car at Wembley!
I'd love AC/DC to do the Cup Final and Grand Final!
Then SuperLeague should double the ticket prices and give folks something to moan about, paying the proper price for a big event.

Pretty pleased with James, plenty of good tunes and a couple of belters if they stick to the 'Greatest Hits' stuff.
My ideal band would be the Quo for an event like this.
