Obviously it's hard to take into consideration just the local electorate in this instance as Castleford fans from outside the area (Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Hull, Lancashire, London) are going to sign it and it would be unfair to sideline them when they have a specific interest in this. IMO, anyway.
