He was. And he has changed my opinion since only a few months back, but I still don't think he'll make it. There is time for him to change my opinion again before the season's out, but unless we have at least two injuries in the halves, we won't even be seeing him on the bench. From where I stand, he may tour with the squad for experience at best. |

RL is massive on TV here.
every game is on TV, most of them live.
we have RL shows or games EVERY day here.
ie monday there is 4.5 hours of it
tuesday 1 hour show
wed - 1 hour show
thurs - 3 hour show
friday - 4 hours of games
sat - 6 hours of games excluding replays
sunday 4 hours of games.
each week RL gets combined TV ratings of around 4 - 5 million
then each origin game gets 3 - 3.3 million viewers plus tests etc.'"

also we have 2 live toyota cup (under 20's) games on fox sports which rate as well as the super 14 rugby union comp, plus the game of the round in the nsw cup as well as the qld cup, and schoolboy rugby league on channel 9 early sat mornings. |
