Four or five good Aussies or Kiwis, like Junior Sa'u, is a reputable way to rebuild an English club. Follow that up with young English talent (like Owen) or French talent (like the incumbent Theo Fages), and you have a team that will improve over time and climb the ladder to perhaps 8th.
