Where did i say "dominated"? I said that even the Olympics athletes, people we haven't heard of are getting 10 minutes per hour (during some hours). Some people on here should really read!

People YOU haven't heard of you mean. Oh, and the Oympics is THE biggest sporting event in the world, and it's held in our country in less than 12 months time, dam right it should get massive coverage!

Not read the whole thread as it is hefty hut, Has anyone else been sent 2 lots of tickets with a note saying the first lot are wrong?

We have a problem now that we will not get to see the person with our tickets until after it has started so we need to either be able to use our original tickets, or is there anywhere they could leave them for us to pick up?

Have you contacted Wembley? Might be able to leave it at ticket office. Can whoever has your ticket get a pass out, so they can pop outside and give you your ticket?

You can leave them at the ticket office. I have done this before when someone was late and I had their ticket.

Tickets specify no pass outs.

Just trying to find stuff like this out...we're lucky they set off late to London today or they'd have gone before today's post and we wouldn't have had them or been aware of a problem. I suspect we won't be unique

The olympics the biggest sporting event in 12 months time, wow, no sh#t sherlock, i didn't know that!

As for the people i havent heard of, i would say 99% of the people wouldnt know who represents England and synchronised blind folder back flip, if you do then please enlighten me and share your knowledge.

If you engage your brain you might realise my point was that in the so called biggest week of international RL for a while, we can't even get 5 mins on SSN, yet joe bloggs competing in an rare event that the nation doesn't give a monkeys about for 95% of the year gets a nice slot on SSN (good luck to them) but cant see why RL cant push for some airtime! This would help sell tickets!

My point is a genuine, the national Market share for rugby league needs to be accepted. The promotion of this event has received real positive reaction from the capital too as I understand. Can the RFL dictate how much air time they get?? Is it the tv companies who your beef is with? Maybe the Rfl decided to pool their resources in different areas, which if they achieve a 40 or even 50k crowd will be a huge success.

I do work in sport development so my experience and knowledge of the whole Olympic legacy project (of which the more obscure events are a huge part of) is first hand.
