Probably, still 12000 of us paid to watch us lose 13 in a row and break our own record defeat in a week. Poop happens, Radford is no snowflake he will be ok. But if Lee agreed to go why would he do the Sky interview ?

Because the initial conversation between Pearson & Radford could've waited ten minutes surely?

The discussion shouldn’t even be taking place. That’s the problem. Pearson needed to be a big boy, curb his ego for a day and be professional.

If he wants to change the coach he calls Radford into his office tomorrow or on Saturday and discusses it then. Not straight after a game when public duties are still required of the head coach.

You wouldn’t sack a coach at half time. It shouldn’t happen straight after a game either. It’s daft and reactionary.

We will never know what's gone on behind closed doors, let's be honest if your entire fan base is out the stadium with 20 minutes to go your going to want to make a statement to show them things will change.

I don't know and I never saw the interview as was driving home from the game. They will be more to it though, this isn't a reaction to one bad result, Radford probably knew he was on borrowed time.

Maybe I'm just not an emotional person but don't see the problem really. Why did he have to wait ? Lee went be surprised and agreed it had run its course, you all forget Radford lost 13 in a row and was still allowed to keep his job, hes hardly being shat on by Pearson at all.

I fully agree with the decision, just not the manner Pearson went about it. Why would you want to publicly humiliate someone just to make a statement to the fans?

I honestly don't see the problem and really am surprised at the reaction of most fans. Pearson gave Radford his shot and stuck by him through thick and thin, this is more a joint decision IMO. Whether it was tonight or in the morning who cares ? He was leaving timing is irrelevant.
