Not so much bothered about the tackle on brown on the ground as he hit the ball with his arm as Brown was not tackled, however the shoulder charge to the head should have seen yellow, to suggest he was using his arms is utter .
And the other thing about poor decisions, that penalty first up against Bateman for passing off the floor was ridiculous, if tackled why where you allowing the PNG players to continue to push him into touch in which case he should have penalised them.
