Seems to me the treble winners of last season are the weakest SL team.

Would make my year for you to lose to Leigh or London in the MPG. Hope it becomes reality.

Soward has nothing to lose here. Move to London for a few months. Has fun and tries to get the team back into super league.

If they fail he can stay or we will see a super league team pick him up next season.

There have been some embarassingly bad super league teams over the years. Wigan 06, Salford 07 and North Wales 09 stick out but this current Leeds team is right up there and I think Leigh or a soward inspired London would take them no problem.

I know you are just getting your little dig in, but its interesting that the opposite is the case. 1 more win over the next 4 games and Leeds will have gained as many points in a 23 game year as any side finishing bottom in a 27 game year since Cas in 2008.

The bottom of SL is relatively strong. Its the top where quality has fallen precipitously.

Come the MPG there will be no change for next season unless Salford somehow get deducted points for the middle 8 games...lol

Well, that certainly sets the record straight; I never thought to look at it that way! Perhaps it should be engraved on a brass plaque for Headingley?
