Limping along in front of 1500 in a cva with virtually zero chance of getting back into SL isn't life, it's merely survival for a club with the pedigree of the Bulls.

I've been where they are going, it's a dark desolate place where your very existence hangs by a thread. They have shown a well run Bradford SL side can be a massive plus for the competition. There is no one outside SL that can offer as much as a well run Bulls.

It's been a long time since Bulls were well run...and nothing looks like changing there anytime soon.

The clubs outside SL deserve their chance to either survive or mess up just as the Bulls have.

If they fail, it's their fault, but at least they will have had the chance.

When Bulls fail, repeatedly, it always seems to have been someone else's fault.

Any well run club is a plus for RL, its just a shame we dont have very many at all, least of all the Bradford Bulls, they only operate ' well ' when they are winning everything, but unfortunatley not everybody can win, so what happens then? ,basically they are stuffed, tough, live with it and start again

They copied ideas from Keighley and had no plan B for when the gloss wore off. They were in decline under Caisley.

The guy who ran the marketing department of an American football team totally got all his ideas from Keighley. Banging that drum twenty years on is absolutely the right point to be making.

That's not the point, everyone knows where keighley got their ideas from. Nothing new to sport, but new in the most part for flat cap rugby league.

The point is, you were not well run beyond the initial enthusiasm and had no plan B to sustain "ahem" bull mania.

As to your view on life outside SL, we are true supporters who love our RL and support our team through thick and thin. Maybe you're one of the new generation of glory supporters like the one I spoke to at Leeds who, when I put the hypothetical question to him "If Leeds went out of business tomorrow what would you do?", instantly replied "support someone else" as if it was of no consequence whatsoever that his team had just disappeared.

And yet it's the point you went out of your way to make.

You know earlier on, before the Bulls were deducted points, and I argued here that to punish new owners for the actions of the old ones was idiotic, and the only reason we saw support for it was because of bitter people jealous of the bulls success needing to see someone, anyone pay a price for that success. That they wanted to see Bradford brought down in a pique of tall poppy syndrome, that they were simply after retribution against Bradford for having the gall to be successful and people said no no RL fans arent like that....................
