| At least Warrington, Huddersfield and Leeds will be happy.
Those 2 teams are certainly not good enough to win the SL grand final.
The game was there for the taking but Hull couldn't complete a set, decent defence though.

| I think we have to blame Warrington for bottling the semi. No one would have been concerned about Wigan being poor if they had been thrashed because of it. Two poor teams always results in a poor game.
Wire need to grow a pair for the big games or go back to being tripe.

Will any SL team grow a pair for the big games and prevent regular season tripe like Leeds from notching up yet another SL title?

| I'm so dissapointed we won the cup in this awful fashion.
Probably the worst challenge cup win of our 19.

Now compare the 1985 Wigan V Hull Challenge Cup Final with the 2013 offering today.
Oh dear

I took a couple of memories from today's game: Shaul's run with Charnley's ball steal, and Sam Tomkin's try.
Can't remember anything from 2001, apart from getting soaked at both!

I know, Wigan won both finals. And ten inbetween. Truly an all weather club.

You must have been so proud of the levels of quality and skill on display at Wembley today.
No, really.
As Leeds fans keep saying after 6 SL titles during the last 7 years... it's only the result which counts as you can only beat what's in front of you.
Welcome to the celebration of mediocrity... and worse.

| 13 of the 16 NRL clubs would have beaten Wigan easily today.
Only Parramatta, Wests Tigers and a "Josh Duganless" St. George-Illawarra would have struggled.
Hull FC is truly comparable to the three bottom teams of the NRL. As for Wigan, it would never make the NRL playoffs top 8 based on current form.
