Lol, Eliss was rated 79th in RLW's top 100 behind about eleven other 2nd rowers! Whose the deluded one?

I know its dangerous to get in the middle of a lovers tiff but, if Gaz Ellis is only the 12th best 2nd rower, i'll start watching football.
Out of interest who are the other 11 ?

| Ellis and Prince, regardless of age, would add class to any SL side imo. Manu to us will be a massive loss to them, but not a bad replacement with Ellis (who is 2 years younger than Manu)
Hull have had a promising squad building on paper for years but always seem to struggle, will be interesting to see if they can push for silverware next season...with the players they have coming in they should be up there

And you think all of them are actually better than Ellis LMFAO. Imo the best back rowers in the world are; Ellis, Thaiday, Lewis and Gallen. I'm still laughing at you bringing this up.

I'm surprised at you. Don't you know this poster is a widely respected rugby league expert. He must be as he's a Dobbins supporter and he's moved as far away from Caravan Park as possible. Showing great sense that man.

| There's so much wrong with JB's post is unfunny.
I suppose that's what happens when you start to idolise Australian trolls on LU.

| JB Down Under is happier with the signings of Cory Paterson and Travis Burns than he would have been with Gareth Ellis and Scott Prince. Hilarious

| Hull will go well next year and so will Ellis 'if' he stays fit but I'm not convinced about the second part. He seems to be injured half the time but hopefully his problems are behind him.
He's proven in the NRL he's one of the very best back rowers in the world and he's had to do that at that level because for England he's been disappointing at times. There's no shame in that though as like many top class players before him he's fighting a losing battle trying to keep the Aussies at bay.

| Ellis is a very good signing and like has been said is one a lot of teams would want, the down side for FC is that they're losing Manu who in my mind has been their best player by a country mile for a few years, Ellis is a very different kind of player so time will tell if the better one has come in or gone out.
Scott prince on a 3year is like signing Shaun long all over again.

| I think the only two teams in SL that would have not signed Ellis is Wire and Wigan and that is only because they have very good back row units and sometimes the sum of the whole is greater than the parts and for these two it is certainly true for these. Not saying that Ellis is not a great player just that he wouldn't add anything extra to these.
