Don't like Wake either  (or Salford) Just seems everyone thinks it's a done deal when it might not be.
If the rumours about Peter Box turning up to Wake's meeting with Savilles is true I suspect the people over at Cas aren't as confident as their fans on here.
Whatever happens I hope the club given the heave force the RFL to publish the full reasoning behind the decision. |

Give or take a few million of course.

I feel a bit sorry for Wakefield.
They were one of the original clubs and just because they are having a few off field problems as well as a bad run of results people are suggesting they will not be part of Superleague for much longer.
Yet they are arguably a name that even people who don't follow RL that closely will probably have heard of.
Compare them with non entities such as Crusaders and Harlequins RL who are seemingly only in the comp because of the RFL's blinkered views on expansion. Neither Crusaders or Quins will ever win superleague. They are simply there to make up the numbers and put a tick in the box so the RFL can say 'See? We are not just a Northern sport'
Sad really.
