I just asked questions , unfortunatley it seems they couldn't be answered , apart from the all clubs getting a guaranteed 3 rd of the available funding , but we dont know how much the funding is yet ?, so we dont know how much a 3 rd of the funding is yet ? , or exactly what clubs will have to achieve to get the other 2 3rds |

...and that lack of answers led you to believe community departments would be funded centrally by the RFL?  |

but that level of detail wouldnt be expected in a press release!...and seeing this is a consultation process (and go to the amateur pages to see what I think of certain RFL consultation processes at the minute) the information is hardly likely to be fixed anyway. |

No , the lack of answers suggested to me that they ' might ' be , as running a successful community dept costs a lot of money to set up initially , money that some clubs might not have access to , if those clubs were to be given access to this money , would clubs that have already spent their own money setting up a CD , be able to access a similar sum of money for other things
Seems fairly straightforward to me
