So shall we forget the likes of S. Tomkins, J. Tomkins, Farrell, Hansen, Goulding, O'Loughlin, Mossop, Tuson, Charnley and Prescott, who have come through the Wigan academy and have all played under Maguire's reign. Add them to Deacon and Gleeson, who are local lads also. All of them bar maybe Tuson and Charnley are in the 17 man squad every week for Wigan. Is that british enough for you? |

Definitely Wigan for me, I hope it's a competitive game too. The last few WCC games have been pretty decent for a competition that some still class as a friendly (incorrectly IMO)

 Makes me laugh when people call Clarkey for being Wigan biased, he used to be the same with Saints 2000 to 2006 and now it's us, is Clarkey not allowed to praise us for smashing all before us last season just becasue he has ties with the club?
Lets face it, he heaps praise on Wigan because we were the best team all over the park all last season and it sticks in some fans throats, if Warrington did the same as we did last season Clarkey would say the exact same things and nobody would say he was Warrington biased. |
