Eager was a chocolate fireguard at Warrington. Then turned out to be a decent play for Cas. The other Swann's we're at least tolerable, Willie was as average as average come's, as were the rest of the players around him, and I actually rated Logan

Come on, P&B glasses off, Appo (except one fantastic season) was useless! Rauhihi came over and did very little, apart from throwing the ball on the floor and rolling around on the floor. The best two things he did for Warington were chasing back and catching Brent Webb (iirc) and giving Andy Coley the good hiding he deserved!

And as for Wilshire... crock! That is all!

I saw Michael Smith make his Saints debut in a friendly against Leigh and was somewhat surprised to see he was bigger than Paul Anderson (who was around 20 stone at that point and allegedly heaviest player in SL). Now admittedly it was pre-season, but there was no way he was going to be a devastating runner in the second-row at that size, having said that I remember a slimmed down version having some good games for Cas.

Nah, other way round. The term Falcon for a ball to the head is named after him, he's called Falcon cos he's of Maltese heritage.

Oh, and yeah, Doc Murray. Special mention for Paul Koloi too.

I'll raise you Mark Caroll, Napoli was a never-was wing from the Aussie lower grades so his limitations were obvious, Caroll was supposed to be a tough guy international forward but turned out to be a no mark.

Hows about this at Wigan? and we have had our fair share of stars but here are the donkeys players who on their day were still well below average.

Don't agree with Guisset and Nick Graham. Thought they performed very well at the time.
In addition, not sure how you can include Davico when his Wigan career lasted a whole two minutes of a pre season friendly versus Salford....hardly his fault..!!

You have got to be kidding me, Michael Eagar at Cas was one of the best centres i have seen down the lane, there is no way he could have been that bad for your team and then improved to the quality that he was for Cas, has to be a wind up
