I honestly can't remember the last bad game James Graham had. He is an 8 or 9 out of 10 every week.

Willie Manu is a league above Lauaki, imo.

| He's in a very similar mould to Ben Hannant for me, who is also an excellent player of the game. As far as best English prop/second row goes, look no furthur then Sam the man!

| Graham is a different type of player to Burgess.
Graham is consistently brilliant. He tackles everything, will make more metres than anybody else and has good hands. He's an old school type prop similar to Darren Britt or Kevin Ward. Burgess is more an impact type player who can play anywhere, similar to Sonny Bill Williams. He goes looking for the big hit, he runs in hard, loves offloading the ball, is absolutely massive but is also quick for a big man.
Both of them are brilliant talents and if we had a few more like them, we'd give the Aussies a run for their money more often.

| James Graham is a fantastic rugby league player, who plays consistently well every week. He is the best prop-forward that England have got, but to say he is the best in the world is a bold statement.
The last English prop-forward that was talked about as the best in the world was Stuart Fielden and look what Willie Mason did to him on that particular tour.

He went missing after O'Louglin smashed him on Good Friday.

Lauaki isnt even on the same planet as Lauitiiti in his early career, Ali was unplayable at his peak. Lauaki is barely playing the same sport.

| James Graham is a very big fish in a very small pond. He has yet to put in a match winning performance when it really matters; either in a GF or an international.
You should watch the NRL more regularly - in his current state Graham would struggle and his form here needs to be put into the correct context.
Having watched the West Tigers over the past few weeks you see the work Ellis puts in week in week out and Graham has some way to go before he gets anywhere near what Ellis has achieved. Mark Flannaghan what a revelation just shows what a top coach can do for a player.

I think you should send this post to Nathan Brown............... Shirley, justifiably might be targeted very shortly. Has any fan actually seen Shirley tackle below the neck this season.

| Has 'the ginger beast' ever put in a top performance when it really matters ?
Say, for example, like the '07 Grand Final when Peacock played the full 80 and ripped up the "mighty S" pack on his own ?
Good player, no doubt, but needs to prove it at a higher level.

Sinfields kicking game, and our slow back three, has had far more to do with Leeds three wins than anything Peacock has done.

I'd suggest you watch the game again (painful I know) - you may revise your opinion. Peacock dominated the forward game.

| I think saints fans go way, way over the top (theres a suprise) about graham.
There are forwards out there who make more yards per carry (they just don't do as many) and forwards out there who put in alot more work (but don't make as many yards) graham is sort of inbetween the 2.
When I see saints play though I don't really think about how awesome graham is, it's not like he's punching holes up the middle or constantly busting tackles. It's a more a case of ''oh FFS not another carry by the ginger minge, give other players a turn''.

How exactly did he go missing? He was superb.
If a player is on the losing side, it doesn't automatically mean he had a bad game. Graham was fantastic in that derby, despite being knocked out a couple of times with high shots. He also played well in the Grand Final defeats and was never owned by anyone in them. Meli conspiring to hand the game to Leeds doesn't equate to Graham being dominated.
