| Well Lyon and Matai both blew chances when it was harder not to score but the 2 tries apart I thought NQL's goal line defence was superb. Thurston was great too and that last chip to Bowen brought a smile to my face
I have really gone off SL with a passion after watching the NRL for the last week. The gap has widened in the offseason IMO.

| manly are gone.
they probably wont even make the finals now.
and the storm were very lucky not to lose to the warriors
the game now rewards genuine attacking sides not the ones with rubbish grapple tackles.
the tigers are finding some form, penrith could be up there as well.
dogs go from strength to strength, broncos, titans and dragons

the nrl has gone back to where it was in 2006 when the games were fast and great to watch.
the grapple tackle and other stuff like it had seen a slow boring game result.
good to see the nrl acted and got rid of the rubbish
edit : try and watch tigers / knights. game of the season

| What happened to the Broncos? 16-0 up and then Lyon gets a hat-trick and Manly win it 22-20. I know Hodges and Hunt didn't play but to lose from there is poor for a team like the Broncos.
Were Manly just lucky or have they finally turned the corner?

| I`m not so sure about that try that was awarded to Jamie Lyon where he grounded it with the side of his body, didn`t either Sterlo or Rabbit say that to be awarded a try by grounding it with the side of your body the ball has to be on the ground, it was in the air when Lyon first made contact.
The Broncos missed Karmichael Hunt and Justin Hodges, i`m fairly certain that Hunt would have got to at least one of those Kick throughs that Jamie Lyon won the race for.
Matt orford was poor for Manly, they won despite him. Apart from 1 kick through where Manly scored his kicking was shocking, his kicks either went dead in goal or they ended up as nothing kicks to a Broncos player. Jamie Lyon had the best game ive seen from him for a while, he`s a far better centre then he is a 6.

yeah lyons try was dodgy
jamie lyon guaranteed himself a blues jersey off that performance though
good win for the sea eagles.

| If you ground the ball with your torso then it is a try I'm afraid.
