I just watched tonights game.

Thompson didn't have a bad game. Just because Warrington won comfortably in a game with both sides far from full strength, doesn't automatically mean everyone at Saints is now inferior to Warrington's players. By that notion we're doomed as those deadbeats from Wigan beat Warrington last week. He was Saints only genuine prop on the field tonight with Walmsley and Amor missing. Of course he's going to come off second best, as was the pack in general with four of the Grand Final forwards out injured.

I think Thompson will do really well in the NRL, he's fast, powerful and plays good minutes

The Roosters will be bricking it on that performance!

I think he’ll be great. He’s light on his feet for a big guy and has a great engine. We’ve seen some awful players come to SL that are NRL stalwarts, so the gulf in standard isn’t as big as Aussies would let us believe. (See Douglas, Moi Moi, Galloway and Asotasi)

Expect Gelling to be leaving Warrington within the next few days.....

Remember when that Whopper Fitzpatrick was all over the press when they signed Gelling lmao. How they had trumped Wigan etc etc lol

Presume that under the new rules, the SL chairman can now decide that no club can sign Gelling once Wire have got rid of him.

If true, hopefully we never see him on a British rugby pitch again.

The warrington wolfs have released a statement stating that Gelling is not available for selection whilst the club conducts its investigation into his conduct away from the pitch
