| Billy- i am refering to your continued sniping regards the Leeds dream team selections and JP being nailed on for MOS etc..
No Leeds player deserved it imo but my point is if there was some kind of bias there would be at least one case of a Leeds player winning the award i would say.

Peacock in 2009 and McGuire in 2010.

That's got nothing to do with the RFL. It's got a lot to do with RL media types with an agenda. Remind me which jokers (or joker) voted for Sinfield to be awarded the Golden Boot two years ago?

Like who for instance? And what year? I'm struggling to think of any Leeds player who merits the award, and definitely not in recent seasons when the team and its players (bar none) have tossed it off relentlessly throughout the regular seasons. Prior to the tossing it off mentality being embraced, they played as a team where the whole was greater than the individual parts.

| Not sure Clarke would have won a Dally M award if that style of award was run this year. It's based on the best 3 players after each game.
Pretty sure Snyed was the big cheese for Cas at the start of the year and so he may have snaffled some of the votes, off Clarke.
Same for Roby, he would have probably lost points to Walsh early on and maybe Lomax too.
Were as at say somewhere like Huddersfield, Brough stands out as one on his own so may have gathered more top points over the season.

James Graham should have won it in 2009.
Danny McGuire? <Guffaw>

| Daryl Clark? Not for me. Not because I don't think he's a very good player - I do - but as others have said he's failed to deliver when it matters, meanwhile Roby is Mr Consistent (at a level above Clark), and Peacock always steps up in big games and against big opponents. I don't want to sound like I'm knocking Clark - the lad is 21 and can't be expected to be the complete player at such an early age.
I look at the list of previous winners and while Clark may well deserve it in the future, his name doesn't belong in such illustrious company - yet.
Anyone know who the 'expert' panel were? That muppet Sadler anywhere near it?

I'd say Sinfield in 2009 too.
No arguments with Clark winning it. Any of the 4 would've deserved it.

Isn't that the principle of the Goldthorpe medal - and Brough has won it 3 years out of 4?
Personally think Clark was the least deserving of the 4, but there wasn't necessarily a standout either...

Don't forget Matt Diskin in 2004.
Or Ian Kirke in 2008.

| Shame there wasn't an award for Top Error Maker.
That would have secured an award for the Whinos and their whining fans.
