While not perfect it is improving [ as Roverswall points out , with actual money being spent by the club ] and wll eventually be a good stadium for watching RL
HKR have done extremely well given their short occupancy of SL , and to their credit you have a Rovers fan on this thread saying they would still be happy for a return of P and R , with all the risks involved for them that would bring
They are heavily criticised for the current lack of junior development , but that will come , the priority at the moment is to be competitive and become self sustaining , I then expect them to become a real force within the game , and they will see some silverware inside the next 10 years , of that I have no doubt , and the team that achieves that will have some home produced players
