| Jim Nantz (CBS NFL & Golf commentator) was working for the BBC over the weekend, could Sky bring him in for a few weeks to see how he goes, fantastic commentator and does his job - tells you what's happening and throws in some facts...and he wont be needed for NFL duty until September at the earliest.
Even with no knowledge of the game he would make Eddie look even more amateurish.

| I'd like to see a proper highlights programme, rather than the one we have now. I'd like to see extended highlights of the match of the round and not just the Sky game. Have Brian Carney (or Jon Wells or whoever) at the ground, reporting the main game and have a commentator in place. Also put the Paul Cullen match analysis in the highlights programme and have another feature on Boots n All instead. The highlights programme should have a better name than 'Boots N All - The Tries' too. And less of the cliches please during commentary (Rod Studd, I'm talking about you!)
Also, I'd like to see a Futbol Mundial/Total Rugby-style programme showing RL from around the World and Internationals.

| They need to stop commenting on every refereeing decision, they scrutinise everything and make every game sound like it was decided purely by referees. Yes, the referees won't get everything right, but most games are decided by the teams at the end of the day. If a controversial decision in the very last minute decides a game there a few ways of looking at it. One is to whinge at the whole game came down to that, and scrutinise the man in the middle. The other is to see that there are eighty minutes to get it right and arguably a decision at the final whistle has no more significance to one on fifty. The controversy creates a story for the commentary team, but the game suffers.
Clarkey has proven he cannot be impartial like carney is, so he needs dropping. Stevo and eddie, it's stale, it's cliched, and it's so so predictable, so it needs changing. Every so often we get a analyst who really knows their stuff, like for instance John Kear, it's not all bad. I like the presentation, it's clear and modern, we just need better people regularly fronting it.

| God you people are the biggest bunch of whingers in the world
Skys coverage of RL is good.
Generally speaking all the presenters are good in certain ways.
Some of the moaning on here is just embarrassing

Chill out Chris.
As a Widnes fan you won't have to let anything to do with Sky worry you too much.
They don't tend to show sides like Quins, Crusaders and Widnes that often.
And in a few years time you will be back in the Championship anyway

Christ you're good. I mean people say there are no good trolls out there and you know what I tell them? Go to the VT and look at Phipps. Look at Phipps and then have the gall to tell me that trolls these days are cliched, stupid, unfunny and completely and utterly useless at creating any sort of good wind up.
And without fail they say it's Phipps from the VT I base my opinion on, he's thicker than a whale's knob.

| Instead of Boots'N'All I'd personally go for more of a Footy Show / Soccer AM format.

Some sort of live audience element might be good.

Think it would definitley help, at the minute it seems as though they're doing the show in someones shed

Continuity is important in the world of broadcasting and if you want to continue the theme of broadcasting the show from a shed I imagine space is a priority.
I suggest the show is shot in London and the 'live audience' could consist of the Harlequins fan.
And yes I did mean 'fan'

| I'm quite happy with the coverage. I'd just ask sky to try and reduce the cross pennine matches shown on a Friday night. I'm sure it's as bad heading west on a Friday afternoon as it is east.

They film Boots n All in the exact same studio as Soccer AM, and to be honest it isnt vastly different from a shed. You would be very surprised at just how small it is.
Though I wouldnt be surprised to see a makeover on most Sky filmed shows as Sky Sports have moved into a new, fandangled, purpose built offices with new studios.
