Is this seasons lack of confirmed signings not a little strange or is it just too early for squads to be finalised yet?
It seems like Leeds are 5 or 6 players short, given the big names and big contracts that are leaving. Wigan too will unquestionably have room for 2 or 3 more unless they've been upgrading young player contracts.

Haven't hit the 1st September deadline yet. Usually not this many are agreed (via clubs) to go through this early! |

To temper the signing of Taulapapa we have re-signed Sam Latus and Rich Beaumont on 2 year deals giving us 12 home grown players and 6 Hull born federation players.

Unless I'm missing something, us at Cas are yet to announce any new signings, and yet to announce our new coach, I haven't even heard of any players linked with Cas, can anyone throw some light on this subject.

As much as I think Powell and Noble are decent coaches, if they are bringing 3 players with them, I hope it's not them! 3 players from Fev of Fax would hardly set SL on fire. |

That's a little unfair. Yes, there is a gap in between SL and the Championship, however that doesn't mean there aren't good players in the lower league who may flourish in SL if given the opportunity. |
