Well, the game in general needs big investment in order to survive & even more money to thrive. Perhaps we should be offering laundry facilities to the mafia & set a club up in Sicily .

He wanted to spend in line with the salary cap,so had to cut elsewhere, hence the noise atm to increase the cap. |
