No he wasn't. He was an OK english player which in 2003 was a bit of a rarity at the Broncos in those days, but he was never going to be a world beater. agree with that - he went downhill when Mr Sharp decided that this lad who was a decent half back was suddenly a ......full-back so i dont understand why he followed him !
His performances suffered because of being played in an unfamiliar role and because of that the crowd at Huddersfield got on his back for it - i felt sorry for CT because it wasnt his fault that he was being made to play at full back but that decision by Jon Sharp led to Thorman been the badly performing self confident lacking guy we see today.
He was phenomonal in his 1st spell with us playing as stand off and IMO should have been kept there instead of Knackering him up.

I felt for him last night. He had a real nightmare.
