Both locations I have lived & worked in, and both are a great set of people, I was pointing out the crass generalisation.

Spat my beer out when i read that....... London has more attraction than all the previous host cities combined.
The transport system alone would enable "tight norvumers" to book cheap accommodation south of the river and be able ro get to the stadium pretty quickly, london has as many spoons as manchester, newcastle, cardiff and Edinburgh combined.
Those too tight to pay for accommodation or a trip on the london eye can do a day trip..... LONDON is the place where events get media attention and if the spurs/london tourism will pay for it then the rfl need to move it there.
It's worth noting that spurs are in debt and need income, so if they are awarded Magic, then theyd market the hell out of it......
