As for my identity. The moderators on here know exactly who I am and exactly where I am posting from.....unlike you and your "widdle buddies", I have never hidden my identity to score points. As I posted on the last page, Hector has said the club are going nowhere and as another poster has pointed out, Argyle can only have 25% of another club, so Hector is still the majority shareholder....the Skolars are going nowhere.

Although I will admit that this is just an opinion and not a fact, as it will be impossible to prove or disprove for that matter, there does seem to be a concerted effort to hijack most threads from a core group of posters with near identical agendas.......

Sorry if this has been said, but there's 6 pages and there's too much empty vessels making too much noise for me to read through.

But my question is: Why buy a British club just to relocate them to the US? I mean, is it just for their spot in the league? Because I don't think it'd be that hard to just set up a team in wherever you're wanting to set it up and then apply to join the league. Toronto have proved that.

If I was a rich fella and wanted to set up a team outside of the host country, then I would be looking at setting it up in my own back yard so to speak.

Bringing a team over in a Ikea style fashion will not get the local populous interested and involved.

Start local, involve local talent and areas of business, get the community involved. Start from scratch and work from there with involvement from the area.
