I am not bitter Salford wanted the win more it was obvious, however there are already plenty of other fans who saw the incident as gouging |

Have you actually watched a gouging incident? I have, and that wasn't one. There was at no point any pressure put on the eye with Rob Parker's fingers. I have only heard Hull fans claim gouging. Sounds like the view of some myopic fans. Excuse the pun. |

That has to be one of the stupidest posts I have ever read on this website.
Do you honestly expect anyone to remember every discretion a player has made? How many times have you actually watched him play? |

As an ex-official I've seen the odd one and seen the results of far more. Gouging is an extremely difficult offence for any official to detect. When I watch the incident on Saturday I was willing to give Parker the benefit of the doubt, until I saw that he had a second attempt. That's what made my mind up that it was possibly a little more than unintentional.

that's right he was taking the pressure off his wrist, it was a complete accident that he poked his eye can happen to any player at any time

I also witnessed him standing on one of Brett Kimmorley's hands.....I was about 6 yards away from the incident.
