Celtic were that poor they made amateur sides like Halifax look impressive.

Just because a side are deemed 'professional' it doesnt mean they necessarily play like a professional outfit

Halifax aren't amateurs.
If you're trying to establish a credible point for once then lets not be stupid about Halifax.
I personally think the Championships bobbins but its still superior to park footy

.....you're talking about professional rugby union players. I prefer to talk about RL players. Potential RL players from RU (or anywhere else) require a lot of work to get anywhere near the pace. I'm sure it's the same the other way round....not that that's anything I care about.

Dico, you're absolutely right. Henson on his own wouldn't make us a good side. He'd help though.

I really enjoyed my weekends in Bridgend. The locals definitly feel let down by union but they didn't seem to trust the crusaders owner either.

What was clear was that they want to see welsh players involved rather than just a team full of imports. If Harris and Henson do get on board, and can make use of their contacts, it will be a big push in the right direction.
