Leeds got something like 4 or 5 of the last 5 or 6 penalties on Thursday from Child. Makes you wonder if he checked the penalty count around the 65 minute mark....

I don't think that any club wants Child reffing their games, he is the new Ashley Klein

Needs to hurry up and go to the NRL then.

Klein was (is) an excellent referee who went on to satisfactorily referee Grand Finals and, later, a World Cup final. Players reacted well to him and certainly didn't have an issue with him refereeing them.

No one would dream of giving Child a final, let alone a world cup final.

I remember Klein upsetting a few Leeds fans back in 2005 when he ' pinged ' them for 3/4 forward passes in a row against
Leigh at Headingley , completely threw them into disarray , Sinfield was throwing it behind his runners for 20 minutes

Childs ? , should just ref everybody in turn then we only get him occasionally

PMSL at the idiots who claim Child makes mistakes when they can't even get his fcking name right

Whats even worse is when they don't make a mistake and spell things wrong to get pass the swear filter.

I think the point is we were penalised for things at the PTB and cas weren't. also we got a warning after 4 pens, but cas didn't when they conceded 4 in a row. what BM doesn't say though is that's child. we've had games where we've had all the dodgy decisions. I certainly don't have an issue with the result.
for me he's been found out. he's only ever done the basics but sinfield provided the on field tactics. I don't think other fans realised just what a clever RL brain sinfield had.
for me his increasingly bizarre selections and use/non use of players should see him gone and soon. he refuses to have an assistant, he's so stubborn and arrogant that its his way or no way

No. McDermott achieved what he wanted. Leeds got every 50/50 decision and some that were nowhere near 50/50.
