| I should have made more clear what my meaning was in formulating this thread.
It is which two clubs would you [iwant[/i to see relegated [iof the ones that plausibly could get relegated[/i
Catalans are not plausible candidates for relegation because they are too far up the ladder and have too many home games left -- a majority of which they will surely win.
The same reasoning applies to Leeds, St Helens, Wigan and most of the others.
I guess the most cogent criticism that could be made of my list is that Hull FC is not there. But I just cannot imagine them being in the mix of candidates for relegation at season's end, especially now that they have bought the monster Setamaita Sa.

| The amount of vindctive rubbish on here is unbelievable. 'I want that club to go down because I don't like them, even though the league as a whole would be worse without them'. The mentality that is ensuring RL will never be what it could be in the UK.
London & Wakefield. Both are not commercially viable entities, both are poorly supported.
As for those arguing for Bradford & Salford - the one that until recently had five-figure home crowds, the other will a multimillionaire owner wanting to create success for RL in the largest city in the North of England - wake the feck up.

| After tonight's humiliating performance by Salford, losing to a youthful Wigan side missing ten first choice players, it seems to me that Salford might be better off putting Dr Koukash's millions into youth development while they regroup in the Championship.

| I was hoping to be able to vote for Wigan and Hull FC. Bit of a let down.

| Salford & London. Both offer nothing in terms of quality rugby, and I have more people in my office than they have turning up to watch their games!!

| It's a bit of a strange question from the op.
There is plenty of tinketing from our governing body, looking for evermore "meaningful games"
How about relegating the bottom 2 clubs

| Catalan are just 4 points in front of Wakefield who have put 50 on them earlier in the season and have to play them again and there's still 26 points to play for, how are they not feasible relegation candidates.

London & Wakefield. Both are not commercially viable. '"
London are as commercially viable as Salford......both rely on a benefactor to pay the bills whilst Bradford have shown themselves less commercially viable than anyone of late....

Salford isnt that large,or are you talking about Manchester,in which case Leeds,Sheffield and Bradford are arguablly all larger.
Didnt London have a multimillionaire backer wanting to create success in a large city?
