About time too. obviously lacking a couple of key men in the last few years. Don't really see a weakness in the team now. The youngsters will only improve and our impressive looking forward pack still has the big man to make an appearance.

Leeds - saints is going to be very interesting.

I would put Leeds as favourites and I fear a Leeds - saints grand final but I would be quietly confident this time

As a Leigh fan, saints have always been my SL team and it's nices to see them back to playing like they used to.
It's inspiring to see all their youngsters coming through too like those who name I won't mention they seem to have put a lot of faith in theor youngsters -and its payin off

I'm finding the Castleford and Widnes fans already being fully confident of avoiding relegation because they've won 3 and 2 games respectively. Jesus christ we're 3 games in. THREE.

Tbh if they only win 4 more games all season I think that's enough, so they have reason to be optimistic.

Have you heard the old joke about the 2 mates who are camping in the woods? A bear wanders into the camp and one of the guys starts to run away, what the other one slips on his running shoes. First guy says

Castleford are 10 points ahead of Bradford and have beaten them once already.
Widnes are 8 points shear of Bradford
London are locked in for 14th unless Bradford fold completely.....relegation is pretty much done after 3 rounds THREE

most open SL yet!

sibbs, i'm a Cas fan who is pretty damn happy with our start. we are 3 games in but the momentum DP installed started last year. we have won 6 of our last 7 SL games, we have a few injuries but nobody seems to realise that. not that it really matters as confidence is that high. the pleasing thing is our defence and the way we have won each game quite comfortably. 4/4 next week

I don't think Cas have anything to worry about this season.
Although they wont be playing in the GF, they will be a comfortable mid table team and may make the play offs.
Widnes beating London was no surprise but, beating Huddersfield was a major shock !

I'm not saying that London will stay up but, they will get better as they add to their squad and the team starts to find its way.
Hopefully the same applies to Wakefield but, who knows.
At the moment, these are the 2 worst in the comp and even with the Bulls points deduction, they are only 2 points adrift now.

Wakey just scored 24 against the double winners, you cant be that terrible

London will pick up a win this year if they get a decent draw against a championship team in the cup.
