I may be giving crazy uncle Derek too much credit but he perhaps knows that Marc Green's faith means he doesn't go to Saturday games. That allows him to spout off about banning someone who wouldn't attend anyway.

That article should be ringing alarm bells at the RFL and also Leigh. If there is any element of truth to the allegation they are looking to form a legal challenge to the salary cap, they should be removed from the league structure altogether. If they do ignore the cap rules, rather than fining them, kick them out.

Incredible really, makes Salford appear to be a professional organisation with a responsible and prudent owner.

If not true, the club should really go after the MEN.

Should a club mount legal action against the RFL, they immediately resign their membership of the rfl whilst the action is ongoing.

I would guess there are ways around that however (such as rather than launching a legal action as Leigh centurions, supporting a player launching that action)

People have yet to realise that we can and will do what we want. Learn to deal with it.

It's that sort of attitude that causes people to devise your club. It's also very hypocritical.

You complain that other clubs (namely Wakefield) haven't played within the rules fairly, yet you want Leigh to break all the rules just because they can do what they want.



Well, if Leigh do that, they deserved to be punished. And they should deal with it.
