I'm not sure how accurate that breakdown is because sky will only be broadcasting 6 championship games the summer bash.
Though I guess they could have lumped in the qualifiers with the championship so we will see 10 ' the qualifiers ' games and 'the million pound game that isn't for a million pounds and renders the previous 30 games almost entirely irrelevant'

The Broadcasting Act requires the BBC (as the public service broadcaster) to broadcast any protected event that wouldn't otherwise be shown by another terrestrial broadcaster.

Protected status does not prevent a PTV broadcaster from simultaneously broadcasting the event (the FA Cup Final will be screened on both the BBC and BT Sport) but, unless another FTA broadcaster purchases the rights to a protected event, the BBC is compelled to screen it.
