Since i stopped trying to keep up with the circus that is the Bradford Bulls can someone explain in simple terms what is it exactly they are taking to the High Court ? as far as i know they were deducted 6 points for going into admin (again) appealed it, lost the appeal and are now appealing against the appeal ?? if that's correct why ha ve they been hard done to ?

What's the likelihood that if they get their points back, yet still get relegated, they will ask for compensation from the RFL based on their inability to recruit players caused by being on -6 pts........

They didn't lose the appeal as such. It never got as far as even being heard as the independent panel ruled that there were insufficient grounds for appeal, so it was dismissed without a proper hearing even taking place.

Relegation is likely to be the end of the club so nothing to lose really.

So they tried to appeal without even putting a case together? Whose fault is that then?

One major point, if the proposed changes to the league 2 x 12 and 3 x 8 is put on hold, scuppered or scrapped because of this what happens next.. Licensing currently ends as of 2014, what is to stop the RFL just having a mini licence period of 1 year and all league clubs have to apply, best 12 get SL1 licence next 12 get SL2 licence and rest get championship 1 licence. The RFL will determine the strength of clubs based on current and past licence records..

What Licence will they give the Bulls...????

Such a shame to see the once mighty bulls reduced to a mess of a club. That said, like a dog that is suffering, its time to put the bulls out of their misery. Enough is enough now.

Kind Regards

Rubbish!

IIRC none of the clubs who have been relegated have gone out of business and several have gone back up again fitter and stronger.

Believe it or not THERE IS LIFE OUTSIDE SUPERLEAGUE!

A nomadic hand to mouth existence. Like the Walking dead. Can't decide if being outside super league is akin to being the survivors or the zombies.

whilst being in Superleague is Nirvana where all the clubs are absolutely coining it in, totally financially secure and whose players all drive Ferraris and Lambos.

With your attitude no wonder British RL is in the state it's in.

Limping along in front of 1500 in a cva with virtually zero chance of getting back into SL isn't life, it's merely survival for a club with the pedigree of the Bulls.

Its bollox like this that really pi553s off non SL club fans

' Virtually ' no chance is a whole lot better than NO chance at ALL as we have had for the last few years, a few years when your club has made a pigs ear out of a system that was supposed to protect you enough to not end up where you now are, a system designed to help you grow, a system designed to improve proffessional RL in this country, well you cocked it all up

So now you pay the price for that incompetance

' PEDIGREE ' My arris

I've been where they are going, it's a dark desolate place where your very existence hangs by a thread. They have shown a well run Bradford SL side can be a massive plus for the competition. There is no one outside SL that can offer as much as a well run Bulls.

It's been a long time since Bulls were well run...and nothing looks like changing there anytime soon.

The clubs outside SL deserve their chance to either survive or mess up just as the Bulls have.

If they fail, it's their fault, but at least they will have had the chance.

When Bulls fail, repeatedly, it always seems to have been someone else's fault.

Any well run club is a plus for RL, its just a shame we dont have very many at all, least of all the Bradford Bulls, they only operate ' well ' when they are winning everything, but unfortunatley not everybody can win, so what happens then? ,basically they are stuffed, tough, live with it and start again
