I thought Fev gave all SL teams a great lesson in how to deal with Chase today; he is a player who most definitely doesn't like it up him.

He was the same against Hull when we beat them at their place. As soon as it became clear it wasn't going to be his day he started behaving like a spoilt brat. It's a shame he has to behave like that because he's a quality player.

I think he will get the most a one match ban if the coverage is from the match. I am watching it now it is on the 60th minute, I have been trying to pause it at the correct moment and the camera pans in a split second after contact. From that it is hard to say what part of Chases body makes contact.

IMO I think that the player is going down and Chase goes in with the shoulder and hits him in the face (obvious from the injury to the Fev player) but was accidental because of the player already going down. But I also seen this thread before watching it, so I was expecting something worse and a little more clear cut.

With it being a sky game there will be other angles available to the comittee that weren't shown on the tv today. Have to say it looked a bad one at the time and the fact that the guy has a broken jaw means there will be a ban of some description. How long depends on whether it was shoulder or elbow.

Agree. If the lad is out for 2-3 months then so should chase. It happened about 10 yards away from me and it was obvious contact had been made with his face, it was like Burrows on Friday night and needs clamping down on.
