It could be worse, imagine if Hull were forced to borrow a red and white shirt.

All clubs are sent a kit directive at the start of the year and are told to bring both kits in case of any problems.

i could be wrong. but i have always been under the impression that in rugby league the home team wear their alternative if there is a clash. that being the case its castlefords balls up.
then again, surely sound planning would dictate taking two lots of kit along just in case.

Halifax's 2011 strip is less of a clash too. And has the same main sponsor. Shame they couldn't fish out them.

I said at 5.30pm that both sides were in their white kits, I wonder how early everyone who matters actually realised though?

I wouldn't mind so much, but the Halifax shirt is hardly avoiding the colour clash that well. From the back, it's almost completely white!
