Because that was probably as badly as you'll play all season...and you still beat us. Tough times for us, but I have faith in Tony Smith to sort it out. It's no short-term job though. icon_sad.gif

Because things sometimes don't go right on a league field.
It's one shocking result, i'm suprised people are making so much of it.
All will be forgotten come this weekend.

Quote: Tre Cool "Harlequins are truly awesome. Tony Clubb's worth double whatever Matt King's earning. Will Sharp makes Kevin Penny look like a poor England rugby union winger. King Louie battered the most expensively essembled squad in SL to pieces with a little help from his friends Joe Mbu and Danny Ward. I could go on but im off to bask in the glory for a bit.
Wire must have been poor because Joe Mbu is probably one of the poorest forwards I have seen play in the top-flight.

I feel sorry for the Wire fans. The cost, time and effort they put in deserved better. The Wire players should be ashamed.

Well at least Wire fans would have enjoyed seeing Liverpool beat the rags.

Why's that then? The biggest cheer of the day was when Ronaldo scored his penalty. The weekend went downhill from that point...

60 points shipped in.... an embarrassment to Super League... Who on earth though of including Warrington when the franchises were dished out.

3,206 in attendance.... an embarrassment to Super League... Who on earth thought of including Harlequins when the franchises were dished out.

I jest of course.... but had this been Salford... this board would have gone mad.

Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union. www.squadbuilder.co.uk:1883.jpg

Joe is what he is, a solid workhorse player, nobody pretends he is anything else, but there have been many games when his effort has made a big difference and that's why he's very popular with most Quins fans.

I can only assume a) you're joking or b) you never watch him. Joe is v good at what he does and a very effective forward with a very low error count. I think his type of player is vital to a succesful RL side and im always pleased to see his name in the starting line-up.

Don't scousers dislike Mancs?

Yep and mancs dislike scousers. As Warrington is smack in the middle of both cities (some bits closer to Manchester and vice versa) most Warringtonians follow either Utd or L****pool (and there are even some city and everton fans!), with United probably having the bigger following on account of being the world's most famous club! icon_biggrin.gif

So Joe Mbu is so bad that he outshone both the Salford and Wire packs in the last two games. At least he has twelve players worse than him. Joe is a great grafter with a low error count. What you see is what you get. The people who watch him most rate him highly. There are a lot worse in SL than Joe Mbu. He is a model professional and we are very happy he is in London, he has never let us down.

Joe's the best player I have played with - I remember him scoring for Skolars against the Met at Imber Court.
