Also
Confirmation of the building and handing over of the stadium before any distribution units are brought into use.

I'm guessing that it's someone splitting hairs to try and make a point, I believe York Court will supply the bulk of the funding with other funding coming from grants etc. therefore the statement that YCP are not supplying full funding is correct but the stadium build IS fully funded.
If you just take the bit about YCP Not funding the whole thing and leave out the grants bit you can then be mischievous if you want but you wouldn't be representing the whole truth. |

York Council won't even consider York Knights plans or concerns, and instead are pushing along with the 6k seater 'lego box' that will be useless and far too expensive for everyone.
