Is it bad that my first thought was, why is there a Chevrolet logo on it?

I get 3300 a year as my loan, considering rent & bills are well over half that, it's really not a lot to live on.




Wigan's kit is probably going to be different going on what Lenegan said a couple years back about 2 'traditional' kits followed by a different one. I like the idea of slightly diagonal hoops, similar to the Argentina RU kit.

It depends on your family situation really. When I started in first year I only got the basic amount, so once I had paid for my rent I had something like £17 a week. My rent was pretty cheap, but if I had gone to uni somewhere like Manchester the loan wouldn't have even covered my rent. Circumstances changed over that summer and from then received the full amount plus a generous grant, thanks to which I had enough money to go getting the train all over the M62 corridor to watch Warrington every week!

I appear to be in the minority but I'm not a fan, very dull. I prefer the previous England shirt

Not impressed with the kit, all together it is too plain, needs the socks to be all striped and more red piping on the shorts.

Sorry but as anewcomer to RL that shirt is tripe. I'll stick with wearing my British Lions one.

It's a little known fact but the star represents the 23 year period since widnes last won a major trophy.

England kit is just a plain white tee-shirt with Gillette written on it. Looks like they are going down the Union route, bit boring, but I will probably get one.

I agree with the last few posts, it looks nice when you see just the shirt as the amount of red is just enough, however, when it is worn, it is all white - bit boring

Its a nice plain classy shirt, wish the designers at Leeds United would have a look at this, they always want to but silly little stripes everywhere they can
