I know he's given away a few penalties but to me our most destructive forward of the series so far has been Westwood. Thought Graham was very good against NZ.

The world's best prop, James Graham? I'd rather have Paul Gallen.

WEST COAST PIRATES NRL expansion? Sometime soon, maybe......:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_9857.jpg

I'd take Graham over Gallen. Gallen is meaner but Graham is far more skillful.

Matt Scott and James Graham are the best two props for me.

Graham for me - absolutley immense. Took plenty of high shots but kept coming, always seem to get his body through the tackle, made some half breaks, scored one and came close when he got held up.
Beast.

it was interesting to see Mcnamara's reaction to Sinfields decision to kick for goal when we were 8 ahead, thats why Leeds have won so many GF's and Mcnamara hasnt!

That kick wasted a few minutes, gave England the opportunity to resettle and frustrated NZ.

Sinfield is a very smart player and reads the game well, he is a very important part of the team

Quote: JB Down Under "Westwood for me, was massive in defence and carted it up all night. He shut down his side of the field.

Sinfield getting it was a joke. Aside from his conversions,as important as they were, I thought he was VERY avg. Poor passing, poor passing decision making and his cross field bombs were shockers (someone tell him they're supposed to come ddown on the try line, not 10metres out!)'"

Personally I though Westwood was MOM for the amount of work he got through.

But I also think if you took Sinfield out of the that team on Saturday then England would have been lucky to have won, let alone dominate it the way they did. He was massively instrumental to that victory.

Don't listen to her, she posts poorly considered crap like this on the Hull board all the time.

I really don't get all the anti-Sinfield stuff you see on here. The guy has done it all. He's captained what must have been the most successful Leeds side ever for the last ten years and has been impressively consistent throughout that time. On top of that, he seems to be articulate, gracious in defeat and victory, and an excellent ambassador for the game. What's not to like?

Sinfield for me. he controlled the game and moved the team around the park.

I have to say, though, that it's great we are in a position where several of our players performed well enough to be the MOM. Hopefully we'll be able to have the same argument next week. icon_smile.gif

or not, as his reaction (if he had one) wasn't shown. The camera panned to McNamara about 20 seconds later.

I don't believe McNamara has been losing coach in a GF ever, but as for decisions on crucial goalkick decisions involving Sinfield, I can't believe you said that. Do you not actually watch these finals, then? icon_lol.gif

i know he tried hard as a SL coach at Bradford and failed

and i imagine you are speaking of sinfields decision in the challenge cup to not take the 2 to draw with Bradford, right?

im sure that sinfield will be quite happy with his 5 GF rings thinking about the countless times he has kicked touchline goals to win games at the death and his decisions in important games that have won us the GF, rather than think about something that happened ages ago (like when Bradford were a good team) icon_lol.gif

I was sat right next to Mac. He said "Ha, ha, the stupid ba stard didn't do that at Cardiff in 2003".
