Can't see Birmingham happening sometime soon, it appears to be the international game that the RFL are trying to develop , Dublin seems nailed on as the next venue, possibly 2012 onwards.

Birmingham would be a very promising option, there would be some good local support there as well as there are 2 amateur rugby league divisions operating in the midland area.
Its seems common sense to grow gradually out from the heartland area, trouble is the RFL are pretty good at looking at alternative isolated areas.

Let's go back to Wales but take 4 SL play-off games and the two NL finals instead. You might have to reformat the playoffs but it would pack out the stadium. Should make money too!
