Absolute nonsense. The rules are that there is an "election period". This period is essentially from World Cup to World Cup. You are allowed to change your allegience ONCE DURING THAT ELECTION PERIOD if you apply to the RLIF. So you have one allegience and you change it and that's it. Uate has changed his. If you want to go calling people muppets you should really make sure you know what you're talking about first.
