'" I could care less about it. I don't hear it from my seat and I am too busy watching the Rugby.
Still, if fans of any other teams in the league have tips for Leeds on how to improve the match day atmosphere and increase attendances I am sure they would be welcome.
No, really.

| I dont mind the trumpets etc its non stop drumming at rl games that does my ead in.
If your watching a game on telly though its all drowned out by the ref shouting MOOOVE every tackle.
Cant see many buying the ref radios at the grand final this year

How do you know because I certainly don't know that?
Leeds Rhinos had strong crowds when Utd were in the Premier League last time, why shouldn't that be the case if it happens again?
If anything, I'd say that Castleford and Wakefield have more to lose if Leeds United get back to the top flight. I seem to remember a report not that long ago that claimed that Leeds United have one of the lowest proportions of "in city" season ticket holders - something like just under 60% of season ticket holders having LS postcodes. Leeds United pull in a significant amount of their support from the WF area.

You know, when our attendances were half those now but still better than virtually every other team in the league.

Yes, because Rhinos get 38,000 now don't they?

Its a shame Leaguefan didn't do a tiny bit of research before showing himself up again on here
Leeds' average in 2001 when Leeds Utd were at their pomp (the year they were in the Champions League semi final) was just short of 13,000. A figure that pretty much the rest of Superleague could only dream of, even now
However what makes that 13,000 even more impressive, is the fact that Leeds were sh*t then, and our first league title in decades was still 3 years away
What people fail to realise is that when Leeds Utd were good, Leeds Rhinos weren't, and our crowds were still fantastic
Leeds getting into the Premiership would only affect the Rhinos if our current domination on the pitch begins to slow up

Very true.
Its a shame that he didn't take time out to look at the Elland Rd attendance figure in the midweek meaningless-cup match either
